Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching helps you to gain perspective on conflictual issues and relationships. Coaching gives you space to build skills and practices to better respond to tension and resolve conflict with others. Through coaching you can enhance confidence in your abilities to find sustainable, workable solutions to differences and conflict.

Conflict Coaching is an ideal support for individuals, when conflict has escalated and you are thinking about or in the process of engaging with a workplace mediation process.

Mediation

Mediation is where a trained, independent third party helps those involved in a dispute resolve their differences in a collaborative way. Mediation offers a structured process to share issues so that conflicting parties can find workable solutions. The process improves understanding of self and others, creating a more constructive environment to move forward toward resolution.
